Virtual Village Kids Experience - March 29

Updated: Mar 29, 2020

We are so excited to have you join us for a Virtual Village Kids experience!

We hope this is an exciting way to continue talking about our Life App for March - Forgiveness! our theme is DIY - Do It Yourself - because forgiveness has to begin with us. In order to keep it simple, we have laid out the experience in 3 simple steps. (Note: If you have a child in Preschool, check out the Virtual First Look Experience as well!)

If for some reason the embedded videos have trouble, just click the link below to view them in YouTube! Have fun!

STEP 1: GET STARTED WITH LARGE GROUP

Our host for this week, Carrie, will be setting up the bible story, guiding us in a virtual game, and leading us in worship. Click on the video to watch!

STEP 2: WATCH THE BIBLE STORY

Each age group has their own video! If you have kids in both groups, we encourage you to watch both. Or, if you only have time for one, we always suggest aging up and watching the So & So Show! Find your child's age group below to watch!

STEP 3: COMPLETE THE FAMILY GUIDE

Head in to your small group - hint: that's your family today - and work on the Family Challenge and activities in the Family Guide! There are two guides, one for K-3rd and one for 4th - 5th. If you have kids in different age groups, you will see different activities and discussion questions on each guide. Also, make sure your family completes the Family Challenge, which you can find on this page immediately below the Family Guides!

Family Challenge

For this week’s Family Challenge, gather any (or all) of the following objects and build your very own masterpiece! You could create a piece of furniture, a robot, a house, a portrait of grandma, a flower, a monster... the sky's the limit! Just use your imaginations as a family and make these objects work together to become your very own DIY creation! We can't wait to see what you come up with, so be sure and share your creations on this week's Facebook post with the hashtag #DIYFamilyChallenge for a chance to win your family a prize!
